 Boutique Policies

All SHAPEWEAR, LINGERIE, SWIMWEAR, SPECIAL ORDER, SALE ITEMS or CLEARANCE ITEMS are Final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

NO HASSLE RETURN POLICY, We will gladly accept merchandise that is unused, unworn, in new condition (no smoke odors, etc.) and in sellable condition.  Merchandise with all tags still attached and accompanied with a Sales Receipt may be returned in accordance to the method of purchase noted below for return or exchange.  All returns/exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) from Plush Boutique.  NO exceptions will be made to this policy.  

In store purchases may be returned with 14 days of purchase. 

Domestic online purchases may be returned with 21 days of purchase. 

International online purchases may be returned with 30 days of purchase. 

NOTE: Refunds sent with no RMA number, or mailed to the store will be returned to sender.

To obtain a RMA please email with reason for return, First name, last name, order number, email address and phone number in advance to obtain a required RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 21 days of purchase date. You (the customer) are responsible for shipping charges for returning merchandise.

  • What sizes do you currently carry? 

Currently we carry sizes 4 - 24, Unlike most boutiques at Plush the +size woman is not an after thought we carry a full selection of the plus size designers from around the globe.   

However, if you see a garment that you like and we do not have your size please send us an email to & we can see about getting that item in your size.

  • Do you have a store location I can visit and shop?

Our physical showroom is open by appointment only,  

And of course you can always shop online 24/7 or give us a ring we've been known to even hand deliver a dress or two!  
  • What methods of payments do you accept?

We accept Cash, standard credit card payments; including VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. (Sorry, we do not accept checks at this time)

  • When will my credit card be charged?

We will charge your credit card at the time of purchase.

  •  Do You Offer Layaway? 

Yes, Layaway is available for all non-sale items for 30 days with a 50% non refundable deposit.

  • Free Shipping? Is that correct?

Yes, my dear it is!  We offer free shipping within the Continental US via standard USPS priority mail for all orders over $50.00.  For orders under $50.00 our standard shipping charge is only $8.95, still a great bargain.
